就职天津残联文体中心、负责声乐指导兼合唱指挥的付红英,算不上漂亮,且身有残疾,但她拥有一颗最美的心。她常穿梭于健全人之间,与他们一样工作一样劳动,不需要任何的特殊照顾。20多年来,她把自己的心血和汗水都挥洒给了残疾人音乐事业这块沃土,用汗水和心力昭示自己的人生价值和贡献。
